| Application | The triglyceride and free glycerol kits are for the quantitative determination of glycerol, total triglycerides or free triglycerides. |

| Principle | The free glycerol reagent uses coupled enzyme reactions resulting in an increase in absorbance at 540 nm that is directly proportional to the glycerol concentration. |
